We regularly look for experienced consultants in strategic facilitation, Measurable Instructional Design, content development, technical writing and performance initiatives.
This role includes designing, developing, and evaluating new customized courses, and programs as well as maintaining and updating existing courses using best practices in instructional design and interactive blended learning approaches. You will utilize your ID skills to ensure performance improvement and evaluate instructional programs.
This role includes the review of materials to recommend revisions or changes to scope, format, and content. Technical writing is in support of the development of standards of performance (SOP, WP, and task documentation) to enable the making of training programs. It will include proposing the reorganization of existing or new documentation as needed.
eParamus performance consultants support customers with the implementation of a measurement and evaluation program in their organizations. They are able to effectively guide customers in the steps necessary to run effective training evaluation.
