The Select Group, an IT recruiting firm located in Raleigh, NC, needed an effective way to onboard new hires and enable them to reach productivity quickly. In addition, with fast paced growth they needed to ensure each new division of the company adhered to the high standards of performance set by the company. EParamus was called in to help TSG develop their onboarding courses and provide a method to help TSG understand the impact training has on their productivity and ability to grow.

The nurse education department was required to show empirical proof of education outcomes to support UNC Health Care’s Magnet® recognition. EParamus partners with UNC Health Care to provide their nurse educators with MID certification and implement a measurement and evaluation program for their nurse education programs.
EQUATE is a single operator of a fully integrated world-scale manufacturing facility producing high-quality petrochemical products in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Initially engaged to measure the effectiveness of their leadership coaching initiative, eParamus continues to partner with EQUATE to enable their HR department to standardize training design and provide them with the ability to measure, evaluate, and determine learning metrics for their company wide team training.
