Measurable Instructional Design® (MID) Certification

Let eParamus “train” the trainer.

Giving You Confidence In Learning Program Results

With more than two decades of experience in the industry, eParamus understands the day-to-day challenges you and your colleagues face. We understand that the only way the learning department—and therefore, the employees and the organization as a whole—can be successful is when each designer has the knowledge, expertise, and technology they need to perform at the highest level possible.

Measurable Instructional Design® (MID) Certification

eParamus offers Measurable Instructional Design® (MID) Certification that provides the knowledge and skills needed to develop training that is consistent, observable, and valuable to your organization. Our MID certification is designed to elevate the practice of instructional designers and provide them with the skills and tools necessary to create learning programs that directly contribute to business success.

Measurable Instructional Design® Method

What Makes The Measurable Instructional Design® Certification Process Work

Unlike other certification programs that stop once the classroom learning ends, at eParamus we help you through each stage in the process:

1. After the classroom, a coach will work with you through the completion and deployment of your own measurable program.

2. Throughout certification, we incorporate tools to support you through the entire process including design, implementation, data collection, and analysis.

3. Because lasting change often includes other stakeholders (students, managers, and senior leadership), we help you prepare your organization for learning measurement.

At Eparamus, We Strive To Improve The Credibility Of Instructional Designers

Your participation in the MID Certification includes:

  • Three days of on-site classroom training (or online webinars)
  • Expert design support of one measurable program for each participant (typically 90 days)
  • Review, analysis, and follow up after measurable program deployment
  • Access to the IMPACT platform for six months to support application of learning
  • Roll-out and communication support to help prepare your organization for measurement

Other Training Options To Think About

In addition to the full certification program, we also offer half or full-day workshops that align with the Measurable Instructional Design® model. Specific topics include:

  • Analysis – conducting effective course requests
  • Determining the organizational metric that aligns with your learning programs
  • Creating standardization for your instructional design process
  • How to create an evaluation for a learning program

Ask Us How You Can Become Certified

We support MID with our IMPACT platform that includes computer-aided instructional design and enables collaboration among designers. Certification is priced per person, and discounts may be available for teams or non-profit organizations. Whether you need to certify your entire team or just a small group, we’ve got you covered.
