Terms of Service for Online Learning Content

Important Notice: These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of learning courses and materials (“Content”) made available by eParamus (“we”, “us”, or “our”) on our website, eparamus.com. By checking the checkbox during registration and/or accessing the Content, you, the user (“you”), acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use the Content.

1. Definitions

  • “Content” refers to online learning courses, materials, SCORM content, and any related educational resources provided by us.
  • “Access Period” is the specified duration for which you are granted access to the Content, as detailed at the time of purchase or within a separate written agreement.

2. Access and Use

  • Grant of Access: Subject to your adherence to these Terms and the payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Content for your personal or internal business educational purposes during the Access Period.
  • Restrictions: You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or otherwise transferring the Content. You must not share your access credentials nor permit anyone else to access or use the Content via your account.

3. Intellectual Property The Content is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted the right to access the Content; however, this does not confer any ownership rights.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Term and Termination These Terms are effective upon your registration and last until the end of the Access Period, unless terminated earlier by us due to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Content ceases, and you must delete any Content you have downloaded.

6. General Provisions

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, excluding its conflict of law principles.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your access to and use of the Content and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
